Goose Girl is Gottingen's most famous statue, She is known as the most kissed girl in the town as there is costum that PhD grads give her a kiss, and give her some flowers.

The memorial to the Synagogue in Göttingen, Germany
'This memorial, designed by Corrado Cagli in 1973, stands on the site of a synagogue that was destroyed in 1938. The names of Göttingen's Jewish residents who were "murdered" during the "dark time" are listed below an abstraction of the Star of David' (the entry of Göttingen in Wiki).

Deutsche Theater: Gottingen, Germany, October 2009

At last I am posting a photo after more than 3 weeks. I arrived in Gottingen last week, where I've joined Max-Planck Institute. I am trying to settle down here, ... that has a long story ... my camera is still in London, but I am going to post some photos taken by my mobile-phone.
