Hanover Hauptbahnhof, or Hanover central station,Hanover, Germany, June 2009
(By Nokia 5800)
I went to Gottingen via Hanover yesterday, it was a day trip without my camera, so here is a shot by Nokia 5800. It seems that I'll frequently pass this station in future to go to Gottingen.
Hanover Hauptbahnhof is designed by Hubert Stier in 1875 and was constructed from 1876 to 1879. The design influenced by the old Berlin terminal station's round arch style. Hanover hbf underwent a major refurbishment for the Expo 2000.( for more visit dorma.com and Wiki)
