Old and New : Frankfurt, Germany, March 2010
By Nokia 5800
I have visited Frankfurt to get US visa; yesterday was a very nice and sunny day there, but I didn't have my camera, so here is a shot by my mobile phone, Nokia 5800.

Hi Reza ~
That's the name I had chosen for my youngest if he hadn't been a boy. Beautiful name!
I enjoy your Frankfurt photos very much. Haven't been there in years. . . well, 40 years to be exact and I'm 42. My father was in the Army there when I was born. We moved to Giessen shortly after then back to USA shortly after that. It's been a goal of mine to go back and recreate a trip my family took when I was just a bit more than a year old.
We visited the blooming tulip fields in Holland, traveled down the Rhine and ventured through Germany (then it was West Germany).
Thanks so much for a wee-glimpse into my previous life.
