Millennium Dome :: Click for previous

Millennium Dome, Greenwich, London, August 2009

The dome is designed by Richard Rogers and known as the World's biggest dome. It is designed and built for the propose of the Millennium ceremony; then it was closed for a while, because of the financial difficulties of keep it up, at last O2 company bought it and reopened it in 2007, so it is renamed as the O2.

Richard Rogers and Norman Foster, head to head; Lloyd's Building was designed by Richard Rogers and built between 1978 and 1986. Willis Building is designed by Norman Foster & Partners in 2002,and recently completed in 2008.
